1. No Return & No Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered. This policy is particularly important for intimate wear and other personal-use products to maintain hygiene and safety standards for all our customers.

2. Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange only for a size replacement, subject to the availability of the required size.

Exchanges are permitted only if the requested replacement size is available in stock.
Exchanges for a different colour, design, style, or product are not permitted.
No refund will be provided for any exchange request.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging, with all original tags and hygiene seals intact.
All exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by our team.

3. How to Request an Exchange

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order to request a size exchange.

Step 1: Send an email

Email us at macpitampura@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, the reason for the exchange, and the required replacement size.

Step 2: Share product photographs

Send clear, genuine photographs of the received product via WhatsApp at +91 79840 71030. Our team will review the photographs and confirm whether the requested size is available.

Step 3: Await confirmation

Please do not send any product back without receiving confirmation and instructions from our team.

Important: Exchange requests received after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted. The 48-hour period is strictly applicable.

4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us with your order details and share clear photographs of the product through WhatsApp at +91 79840 71030.

Our team will review the concern and communicate the appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

5. Exchange Conditions

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Colour, design, style, and product changes are not permitted.
Products showing signs of use, washing, damage, or tampering with hygiene seals will not qualify for an exchange, subject to applicable law.
Customers must retain the original packaging until the request has been reviewed.
Any applicable exchange shipping charges will be communicated by our team before the exchange is processed.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying the courier charges for sending the product back to us for a size exchange. WOMEN DATA Fashion will not bear the return shipping or courier charges. All exchanges are subject to size availability and approval under our exchange policy
