Return & Refund Policy

At Women Data Fashion, we carefully check and pack every order before dispatch to ensure that you receive your products in proper condition.

No Return or Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, particularly lingerie, innerwear and other personal-use items, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges or refund requests after an order has been delivered.

This policy is in place primarily for hygiene, safety and quality-control reasons. Once a personal-use product has been delivered to a customer, we cannot resell it to another customer.

We therefore request customers to carefully check the product details, size, colour, style and other specifications before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is:

Damaged during transit
Defective or has a manufacturing issue
Different from the product ordered

please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order details and clear photographs/video of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide a suitable resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable law.

Hygiene & Product Safety

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged or otherwise handled after delivery cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

We reserve the right to refuse a request where the reported issue does not meet our applicable conditions.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to the status of the order. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

For prepaid orders, any eligible cancellation refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable processing timelines.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information while placing an order.

If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal to accept the shipment, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping or re-dispatch charges may apply where applicable.
